Sacred Arts Tour

World Peace

Marshall J. Gardner Center For The Arts

Watch as 4-8 monks transform the floor of the Marshall J. Gardner Center for the Arts into a vibrant mandala made from individual grains of brightly colored sand.  Each day they progress a little further, so feel free to stop by each day to see how it is building up to the final version.

The monks from the Drepung Gomang Monastery are touring the country and we are very fortunate to be one of the stops on their tour. It takes them 4-5 days to create this beautiful work of art. They will also be selling Tibetan tapestries, singing bowls, jewelry and other items throughout the week.

For more details and up to date information, see the Facebook page.

The monks from the Drepung Gomang monestary are returning to Miller Beach for the 4th year. Events will be taking place all week.
