Back by popular demand – our own Patti Shaffner will be at the Marshall J. Gardner Center for the Arts the weekend of 1/16-17 to share her amazing talents and energy with us.
Learn Zentangle from scratch by enrolling in the beginner class, or improve on your tangle skills with the intermediate class. Never tangled before? Try it, you’ll like it! Equally loved by artists and those who have always yearned to express their creativity through drawing but cannot draw a stick figure. After this class you will be amazed at how creative you really are, not to mention thoroughly relaxed, as this class is likened by many to be a form of meditation as well.
The Zentangle® Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns with pen and ink. The method is known to increase focus and creativity, along with an increased sense of personal well-being.
Classes are designed for ages 14 and older.
Prerequisite: A Basics 101 Class with a Certified Zentangle Teacher
