CLASS FEE $20
Participants will learn how to make a dough from scratch, what it should feel like and what to do to fix it if it isn’t working as expected. Traditional potato cheese and mushroom sauerkraut will be made in class, some to be taste tested and some to be taken home! Recipes for fillings and dough will be provided for home use. Ages 18+

Instructor Rebecca Anne White is an home cook who had the best teachers – her two grandmothers and her mother. She’s been creating old school Italian and Eastern European dishes since childhood and loves sharing these recipes and techniques with everyone!
