By request, in this session, Jane will show us how to hem pants and fix pesky buttonholes. We will supply basic tools (sewing machine and some materials). You bring clean, distressed garments and if possible, thread/yarn/floss, patching materials, and buttons of your choice.
Instructor Jane Whedbee is a textile artist who has taught a variety of sewing skills to children, Chicago high school students, and Fashion Design students at Columbia College Chicago.
