Step inside the working printmaking studio of ANGELA MATHIAS SAXON and ROYCE DEANS surrounded by an exhibition of their paintings and monotypes at the Marshall J Gardner Center for the Arts.

Observe the process of monotype printmaking and watch them work.  Find connections between their paintings and monotypes in the exhibition — how the medium of choice alters the artists’ response to their subject.

***Free Community Printmaking Day!  Saturday, October 22nd,  10 am – 2 pm  — enjoy experimenting with a variety of printmaking techniques.  Open to everyone, all ages welcome. Non toxic materials used.

***Monotype Classes  Saturday October 29  Monotype printmaking is an ideal medium for exploring creativity and is simple to learn. All materials are included. No experience is necessary.
