A global day dedicated to giving back

Directing your generosity and charitable giving to the Miller Beach Arts & Creative District means YOU are a participant in the effort to enliven and enrich Northwest Indiana with art, and are helping in the economic regeneration efforts of our region.

The Miller Beach Arts & Creative District has made quantifiable economic impact since its inception in 2011 as we’ve had the pleasure of experiencing the opening of 15 new businesses in Miller. The MBACD has served over 35,000 people with over 125 events during this time period. Plus our Farmers Market and Miller Spotlight Initiatives which attract and engage over 5,000 individuals each year.

For example, your gift of:

• $100 will fund one of our popular documentary film evenings
• $250 could help put on a performance by the students at Wirt-Emerson Visual & Performing Art Academy
• $400 covers the cost of art exhibit like the Mathias “Spider” Schergen found art exhibit
• $600 provides art classes for 6 weeks to children and adults who would otherwise not be able to afford a class
• $1000 provides paint to create 20 murals in public spaces
• $5000 covers the cost of bringing the Tibetan monks to create an intricate sand mandala and provide an enlightening drum and gong circle
• $10,000 provides funding for a major performance such as Alvin Ailey or Ed Asner

If you prefer to give at a different level, we would happily accept your gift in any amount to support of events, classes and exhibits and operating costs.
