Whether you’re a long-time practitioner or a total newbie, this hour-long session will help you feel limber and refreshed. Instructor Mary Schons has over 20 years of yoga experience and brings a great deal of knowledge to her practice and teaching. Dress in comfortable clothes. Props and mats provided but you’re welcome to bring your own if you have them.
