Family Yoga

Miller Movement Classes, first Saturday of every month.

Marshall J. Gardner Center For The Arts

Join us for this joyful, and fun family-focused practice. This 75-minute class includes yoga poses to connect the body and mind, breathing practices to help the family calm their mind and spirit, and various mindfulness practices to stay grounded in the moment. You will leave this class more connected to your loved ones and ready to finish out the week! The class is best suited for families with children ages 6+.


Dani Hart

Dani Hart, MAOL, CYT-200 HR, is the founder of Sweet Escape Restoration Center (SERC) whose mission is to nurture a culture of self-care allowing individuals and communities to transform themselves from the inside out. SERC promotes self-care for radical transformation through yoga, workshops, and one-on-one self-care consultations. “My desire is to equip people with the tools to become instruments of their own peace!”
