Definitive Moments

Photography Exhibit

Marshall J. Gardner Center For The Arts

“Definitive Moments” showcases 75 photographs from Marty Bohn’s travels in Morocco, India, Nepal and Cuba. It opens with a reception on Friday September 6th 6-9m, and runs weekends through October 6th. Gallery hours from September 7th are:

Marty has loved photography from a very young age, and now focuses much of her time on photography, travel and gardening. She loves capturing unique colors and light,as well as meeting fellow photographers around the world and learning from them. Her home in a beach town in the Indiana Dunes on the shores of Lake Michigan surrounded by national park, prairies, and incredible biodiversity provides a wealth of beautiful landscapes, sunsets and water scenes. This is the focus of the majority of Marty’s photographs when home. When traveling, Marty attempt to venerate a new location with a unique perspective and capture definitive moments in the local culture. Marty particularly enjoys meeting and talking with locals, and then trying to capture their personality in a photo.
