After a week’s hard work, stress, traffic, come unwind and give yourself a sense of Peace, Calmness and Mindfulness!

Therapeutic Meditative Art focuses on helping students experience relaxation and tranquility. Students will develop their own unique design to transfer onto stretched cotton canvas to paint and take home!


Rhondalyn Cox: Known for her unique passions for Art since 5 yrs old, encountering hands-on-crochet, macrame, tatting, and abstract art for all ages, with her maternal grandmother; Native American; art Teacher in Illinois, and have spent endless hours cultivating the love of art with children and their families globally.

Art is very relaxing and stress free. I can take the brain to a place of peace, focus, relaxation and creativity. Purdue University, Art Institute, Calumet College of St. Joseph, Indiana University Northwest, Notre Dame, (Therapeutic Art Courses online) and Indiana Wesleyan.
