Maitri, or lovingkindness meditation, can strengthen our resilience as well as make us feel better and more connected to community. In this workshop, we will talk about what maitri is followed by meditation practices centered around lovingkindness. Participants are encouraged (but not required) to read Barbara Frederickson’s Love 2.0 before the workshop.
The workshop, taught by Mary Schons, includes a lecture followed by mediation and yoga practice.
